With the stewardship of over $100M of infrastructure projects and a strong commitment to deliver value for its community, a South Australian Council engaged Ground Effects to strengthen how it understood and managed performance.
Working with leaders and teams across the organisation, we identified the activities and processes most critical to effective delivery and mapped how they operated in practice. We then developed a tailored performance framework that connected these critical processes with meaningful measures and the organisational data needed to track them.
The result was a clearer view of operational performance, giving leaders better insight into core activities, where attention was needed and where opportunities existed to improve performance and value delivery.
